Hello, I'm the owner of Orangeburg Refrigeration and A/C - heating and electrical . I have had this state licenced mechanical business for 39 years now. We can handle all of your mechanical needs residential and COMMERCIAL covering all including RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES. I entered this technical field due to necessity having my own restaurant for 5 years previous to this with no one locally to work on cooking equipment and hood fans. We also have the plumbers licence which covers your gas needs. The HVAC companies put 3 30 ton a/c compressors on my a/c 3 years in a row . Tried 2 different companies no others being available to do the work. It took both companies ies 4- 8 weeks to complete the work and of course ever year the outage would occur in June , now who is going to support a restaurant with 100 degree during rooms. I convinced myself it has to be able to be done better than that. These people could care less they caused me to loose my business even after working for 5 years for nothing. IT DOES NOT TAKE 4 - 8 WEEKS TO GET A COMPRESSOR ON A HVAC UNIT CHANGED!!!!!
